Your Tasks
- Taking customer enquiries and analysing them: First point of contact for customer enquiries by phone, email or ticket system, with responsibility for prioritising and categorising them.
- Providing solutions to problems: Resolving standard problems and supporting customers with technical challenges using the tools and documentation provided.
- Forwarding complex requests: Forwarding unsolvable or specialised requests to second-level support or other departments, with clear documentation.
- Maintaining the knowledge database: Entering and updating instructions, FAQs and support documentation to assist customers and colleagues.
- Customer-oriented communication: Ensuring professional and friendly communication with the aim of promoting customer satisfaction and loyalty.
What you bring

Strong service and solution orientation, with the ability to empathise with customers' needs and to support them effectively. - Organisational and communication skills
Structured way of working, even under time pressure, as well as professional and clear communication in a multicultural team and with customers. - Language skills
Fluent communication in German, English and French, both orally and in writing, to support international customers. - Basic technical understanding
Knowledge of IT systems, software applications and basic troubleshooting, ideally with experience in a similar support environment.
