cereneo Prevention is an innovative health, hotel, and restaurant concept located in Vitznau, Switzerland, nestled in the breathtaking landscape of Lake Lucerne at the foot of Mount Rigi. This novel facility will open in 2026 and focuses on personalized preventive medicine. It offers unique experiences aimed at improving lifestyle and optimizing brain health.
With the help of state-of-the-art diagnostics and innovative technologies, we enable our guests to develop tailored habits in nutrition, physical activity, sleep, and relaxation, thereby minimizing the risk of neurological and cardiovascular diseases.
Your Responsibilities:
- Development, production, and execution of breakfast, lunch, and dinner service (self-service and à la carte)
- Innovative and contemporary design of the culinary offerings in close collaboration with the Culinary Lead and nutrition consulting
- Development of new recipes using our internal artificial intelligence and in alignment with the inventory management system
- Development and implementation of innovative and health-promoting menus
- Consistent execution of developed recipes and standards
- Ensuring internal operational standards regarding freshness, taste, presentation, and quality of dishes
- Deputy leadership of the kitchen brigade
- Leading, co-designing, and participating in daily kitchen briefings
- Targeted training and further development of subordinate staff
What should you bring?
- Completed training as a diet chef with at least two years of professional experience in a comparable position
- Enjoyment of direct contact with guests in an open kitchen
- Strong interest in healthy, balanced, and sustainable nutrition
- High digital affinity and openness to modern technologies and AI
- Good German language skills are essential; good English skills are an advantage
- Entrepreneurial thinking and conscious resource management
- Structured planning and coordination of processes
- Efficient self- and time-management through clear prioritization
- Reliable and timely work ethic
- Enjoyment of collaboration and open communication
- Creativity, resilience, and flexibility even in demanding situations
- Ability to respond confidently to changing requirements and provide innovative solutions
