Your Role
As a Nurse Specialist APN (a) specializing in Respiratory Care and Intensive Care, you will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality and compassionate care to our patients. In a dynamic and collaborative environment, you will:
- Lead the development and supervision of effective nursing care with a strong emphasis on neurorehabilitation, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Engage in proactive assessment and collaboration with nursing teams to identify areas for improvement and implement evidence-based practices.
- Foster meaningful relationships with colleagues, contributing to a supportive and communicative team culture.
- Provide coaching and training to nursing staff, reinforcing best practices and facilitating continuous professional development.
- Actively participate in interdisciplinary collaboration with physicians, therapists, and researchers to enhance patient outcomes and care processes.
Who You are
We seek a resilient, communicative, and proactive nursing professional who thrives in a collaborative environment. Ideal candidates should possess:
- A completed nursing qualification and a Bachelor’s degree in nursing or equivalent.
- Expertise in respiratory care and/or intensive care medicine, coupled with professional experience in neurorehabilitation.
- Strong knowledge of care quality standards and nursing processes, complemented by experience in team leadership and coaching.
- A positive attitude, a high degree of patient orientation, organizational skills, and intercultural competence.
- Proficiency in German and English; additional languages are an asset.
