What to Expect
- Responsibility for delivering professional nursing care within the framework of the nursing process and primary nursing model
- Interprofessional collaboration to provide the best individualized implementation of the care and therapy concept
- Documentation and performance recording of the nursing process
- Building individual relationships with patients and their families from various cultural backgrounds
- Continuous improvement of care quality through active participation in improvement processes
Your Responsibilities:
- Managing and implementing the nursing process within the primary nursing model
- Cooperative collaboration and skill-based delegation to nursing assistants
- Shift work in all shifts (early, late, and night)
- Participation in interprofessional and team meetings
- Ensuring patient safety and compliance with quality and hygiene standards
- Economical and careful handling of resources
- Supervision and onboarding of trainees and new employees
- Medication management according to medical prescriptions
What You Should Bring:
- Qualification as a Registered Nurse HF/FH (higher vocational education/university of applied sciences)
- Empathy, professional boundaries, and trustworthiness
- Positive attitude toward working with individuals of all ages with neurological impairments
- Professional interaction with external partners and clients
- Interest in collaboration within an interdisciplinary team
- Willingness for continuous further education
- Flexibility, initiative, communication, and team skills
- Ability to handle criticism and conflict constructively
- Good German and/or English skills; other languages are a plus
