Clinical Operations Assistant (a) 60-80%

We treat patients who have health insurance in Switzerland as well as international patients from all over the world.
cereneo and its sister companies support patients in the various phases of their rehabilitation following a neurological illness, from inpatient and outpatient treatment to teletherapy via digital channels.
Your role
In this dynamic and versatile position, you will be responsible for the daily operational workflow within the nursing team. Your role involves handling administrative and organizational tasks to support nursing professionals. You will be the primary contact for daily inquiries, coordinate patient admissions and discharges, and assist in medication management. Ensuring seamless information flow in the ward across all shifts and days is second nature to you.
You will collaborate closely with therapy teams, physicians, and hospitality services to maintain internal procedures. When needed, you will provide occasional support in patient care within the scope of your qualifications.

Completed training as a Medical Practice Assistant (MPA) or Healthcare Assistant (FaGe) with work experience
- Willingness and enthusiasm for working in an interdisciplinary team
- Positive attitude towards caring for patients with neurological conditions of all ages and an interest in their life stories
- Commitment to continuous professional development
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Good German and English skills, additional languages are a plus
- A team player who is independent, resilient, and friendly
- Flexible, with a high sense of responsibility and initiative
- Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills
