At the cereneo rehabilitation clinics we develop an individualised treatment programme with the aim of giving our patients back the highest degree of independence and freedom in shaping their lives, thus optimising their quality of life. We treat patients who have health insurance in Switzerland as well as international patients from all over the world.
cereneo and its sister companies support patients in the various phases of their rehabilitation following a neurological illness, from inpatient and outpatient treatment to teletherapy via digital channels.
Tasks
- Administrative and operational handling of patient admission, stay, and discharge, including for accompanying persons
- Interprofessional and proactive co-creation of the patient experience
- Ensuring smooth and guest-oriented processes in collaboration with all departments and external partners
- Point of contact and organizer for patients, relatives, in-house teams, partner companies, and service providers.
- Professional and prompt handling of feedback and guest requests to deliver a high-level guest experience
- Maintenance and management of the CRM and clinic information system
- Support of quality management to ensure adherence to quality standards and clinic processes
Requirements

- Training in upscale hospitality or service-oriented clinical environments
- Experience in managing UHNWI (Ultra High Net-Worth Individuals) and HNWI (High Net-Worth Individuals) is preferable
- Professional experience with a focus on guest relations
- Strong organizational and teamwork abilities, excellent service and customer orientation
- Outstanding communication skills, high commitment, flexibility, and openness
- Passionate host with strong social competence, empathy, and a passion for excellent service
- Strong focus on maintaining high-quality standards
- Open to new challenges with a hands-on mentality
- Experience in working in the Middle East and with clients from the Middle East is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems, knowledge of PatAdmin and Nexus/KIS advantageous
- Fluency in English and Arabic is mandatory; German is a plus
