Our mission is to enhance the quality of life and independence of our patients through individualized neurorehabilitation programs. As part of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide home-based therapy, supporting patients transitioning from our Swiss rehabilitation clinics or during their travels.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently provide neurorehabilitation therapy to patients in their homes or in clinics worldwide, ensuring personalized care and support tailored to individual needs
- Deliver clinical diagnostics and treatment for neurological disorders
- Develop personalized therapy and training programs in collaboration with neurologists and interdisciplinary therapy teams
- Provide training to patients' families and caregivers
- Maintain clinical documentation, adhere to quality standards, and contribute to process improvements
- Work with high-end patients from diverse international backgrounds
- Support project initiatives and administrative tasks during periods when not traveling
Requirements
- Mandatory: Completed higher education as an Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist from a reputable institution
- Mandatory: Minimum of 2 years of experience in neurorehabilitation in a clinical setting
- Mandatory: Based in Europe
- Mandatory: Willingness to travel internationally (minimum 50% of the time)
- Experience in a multidisciplinary environment
- Knowledge of various therapy techniques, including manual therapy, robotics, and cognitive behavioral therapy
- Strong interest in portable sensory devices and robotics
- Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
- Team player with a hands-on mentality, cultural adaptability, and resilience.
