To strengthen our operational IT capabilities, we are looking for an IT Operations Manager with a hands-on mindset and strong coordination skills.

Your Tasks:

This role combines operational IT leadership, service delivery coordination, project execution, and operational compliance support within a highly dynamic healthcare environment.

You report directly to the management of the cereneo clinics. The role is particularly suited for a technically strong and ambitious professional who wants to take ownership in a growing healthcare organization and progressively develop leadership and operational management responsibilities.

IT Operations & Service Delivery

Lead and coordinate the clinic support team and daily IT operations with a hands-on component
Support workplace IT, user onboarding and lifecycle management
Coordinate with external service providers and infrastructure partners

Project Coordination & Operational Improvement

Manage and coordinate operational IT projects within the clinic environment
Coordinate implementation activities with clinical departments and business stakeholders
Help establish operational standards, governance processes, and sustainable support structures

Data Protection & Compliance Support

Coordinate operational data protection and compliance activities
Collaborate with external data protection and compliance specialists

This position does not assume the formal role of Data Protection Officer (DPO).

What we are looking for:

Experience in IT operations, service management, or infrastructure coordination
Hands-on technical understanding of workplace IT environments and operational support
Experience coordinating projects or operational improvements
Structured and reliable working style with strong ownership mentality
Strong communication and coordination skills
Ability to operate in a dynamic and evolving environment
Proficient in German and English

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (FH/Uni) in Informatics, Business Information Technology, Health Informatics, or a related field. Experience in healthcare, regulated environments, or clinical operations
Familiarity with Microsoft 365, endpoint management, identity management, or infrastructure operations
Exposure to GDPR or operational compliance processes
Experience working with external vendors and service providers
Interest in healthcare technology, digital transformation, and AI-supported systems
