We are seeking a sharp, hands-on, and analytical professional to join our team as a (Senior) Financial Analyst or Business Analyst. This cross-functional role combines FP&A, controlling, business intelligence, and asset transparency, with a strong interface to IT, accounting, and operations. You will play a key role in improving processes, strengthening data quality, and supporting strategic decisions across our international operations.

Key Responsibilities

Group Controlling & Financial Planning (FP&A)

Consolidate and analyze KPIs across all entities of the group (clinics, home services, prevention and international operations).
Prepare monthly performance dashboards and reporting packs for senior leadership
Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning (3–5 years)
Contribute to cash flow planning and financial consolidation at group level

Business Intelligence & Data Governance

Design and maintain dashboards (e.g. Power BI) across financial, clinical and operational metrics
Improve data quality and flows in coordination with IT and local teams
Standardize KPI definitions and reporting logic across all group entities

Operational & Process Analytics

Identify inefficiencies or underutilized resources using data (devices, personnel, therapy hours)
Benchmark operations across sites and propose improvements based on performance metrics
Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for clinical and admin teams

Investment Planning & Financial Evaluation

Support investment planning and prioritization
Evaluate investment opportunities (e.g. new devices, service lines, international growth) through ROI, TCO, and break-even analyses
Prepare financial models and decision support material for senior stakeholders

Contract & Supplier Intelligence

Maintain oversight of rental agreements and service contracts (timelines, conditions, costs)
Identify cost saving opportunities, renegotiation levers, and vendor consolidation potential
Build visibility into third-party spend through dashboards and vendor benchmarks

Device & Asset Controlling

Maintain a complete inventory of rented and owned devices
Track movements between sites (e.g. Switzerland ↔ Dubai) and manage lifecycle data
Analyze utilization and advise on procurement or leasing decisions

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Data Science, Health Economics, or similar.

Experience: 5 years’ experience in FP&A, controlling, BI, or asset/investment analysis – ideally in healthcare or a multi-entity environment.

Skills:

Strong skills in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, models) and BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Qlik, Tableau)
Ability to build investment business cases and run scenario analyses
Solid understanding of financial & management accounting principles (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
Experience with group consolidation, intercompany reconciliation and cross-entity reporting is a big plus
Comfortable working at the interface between Finance, IT, and Operations
Excellent command of English is required, very good command of German is preferred

Vitznau and/or Weggis, canton of Lucerne, Switzerland
The role is primarily on-site, with select opportunities for remote work depending on responsibilities and team coordination
