cereneo and its sister companies support patients in the various phases of their rehabilitation following a neurological illness, from inpatient and outpatient treatment to teletherapy via digital channels.
Your responsibilities
You contribute your professional knowledge and experience to our rehabilitation setting and support our patients on their recovery journey with individually tailored therapy concepts. In this role, you:
- independently conduct individual and group therapy sessions and develop tailored therapy and training programmes
- select appropriate assistive devices based on individual needs and integrate them effectively into therapy
- apply suitable therapeutic methods, ADL training and modern technologies depending on your area of expertise
- work closely with other therapy disciplines, nursing staff and other departments
- maintain complete documentation of your services and ensure accurate, tariff-compliant service recording
- actively contribute to the further development of our therapeutic services and internal processes

Does this reflect your approach to work? Ideally, you bring the following:
- a degree in Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy with Swiss Red Cross (SRC) recognition or eligibility for recognition in Switzerland
- completed further training in the field of neurology
- sound knowledge and professional experience in neurological rehabilitation
- knowledge and experience in ADL training
- interest in and willingness to use new technologies in therapy
- a strong interest in your ongoing professional and personal development in this field
- enthusiasm for interdisciplinary collaboration
- a team-oriented, independent and approachable personality
- open and respectful communication with patients and colleagues
- a structured and independent approach to work
- very good written and spoken German and English
