We treat patients who have health insurance in Switzerland as well as international patients from all over the world.
cereneo and its sister companies support patients in the various phases of their rehabilitation following a neurological illness, from inpatient and outpatient treatment to teletherapy via digital channels.
We’re looking for a Marketing & Sales Operations Specialist with 2–5 years of practical experience in a comparable role, preferably within a digital marketing or sales operations environment
Tasks
In this position you will operate at the intersection of Marketing and Sales, facilitating smooth coordination and data-driven decision-making:
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze web traffic, generated leads, and lead sources. Provide regular reports and derive actionable recommendations for management.
- SEA/SEO Management: Manage and oversee the SEA agency, including budget control. Ensure transparency between SEA, SEO, and CRM (lead tracking), and propose optimization measures.
- CRM & Sales Support: Continuously maintain, update and improve the CRM system (Zoho). Support the sales team with lead qualification, quote preparation, and administrative tasks related to the international patient onboarding.
- Content & UX: Support the Marketing Manager in updating and optimizing website content (blog articles, texts, images, videos) for SEO and improved user experience.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as the interface between Sales and Marketing, ensuring an efficient customer journey from first contact to conversion.
Requirements
- Proven experience working with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush) and CRM systems (ideally Zoho).
- Strong background in digital marketing within an agency (SEA/SEO campaigns, reporting, client communication).
- In-depth knowledge of SEA and SEO best practices, keyword research, and UX principles.
- Analytical mindset, highly structured, detail-oriented, and data-driven.
- Strong affinity for working with systems and bridging Marketing and Sales processes.
- Excellent communication skills in English and German; any additional language is an asset.
