As an OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer), we work with our partners to develop and produce unique and innovative solutions that are customised to our customers' needs. As an ODM (Original Design Manufacturer), our expertise ranges from product design and technology to series production.
To support our growth ambitions, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales / Key Account Manager to manage existing accounts and drive new business development in particular within the European Sanitary Trade Channel i.e. Wholesalers.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and implement international sales strategies to drive revenue growth with private label products in the sanitary sector.
- Identify new business opportunities and acquire new B2B sanitary wholesale customers, particularly outside Germany.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with sanitary wholesalers and industry partners.
- Cooperate closely with internal teams to ensure customer experience and support.
- Conduct product trainings, launch programs and manage incentive programs f.e. as rebates or growth acceleration programs
- Conduct annual negotiations about pricing, terms and conditions and secure implementation of agreements
- Conduct market analyses to identify trends, opportunities, customer needs and competitive insights.
- Co-develop and launch the future product portfolio in collaboration with product management.
Your Profile
- Proven international sales experience with private label solutions for sanitary products or related industries.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term partnerships.
- Good understanding of the sanitary wholesale market and customer needs.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a strong team spirit.
- Willingness to travel (~30%) mainly within the DACH region, as well as BeNeLux, the UK and France.
- Fluent in English and German (spoken and written); additional languages (e.g., French) are an advantage.
- Existing network within European sanitary wholesale distribution is beneficial.
