Dualoo was founded in 2015 - together we want to simplify recruiting for SMEs. For our young & dynamic sales team, we are looking for reinforcement for our company headquarters in beautiful St. Ticino.
What you can expect working with us:
- You work independently with your test clients and accompany them through the entire sales process: from qualification to consultation to the final conclusion.
- You support and advise the test customers during the evaluation phase by telephone as well as online with your know-how.
- You will maintain the contacts in our CRM system and prepare your monthly sales forecast.
- Your area is rounded off by numerous other tasks, such as working on projects, daily team tasks, customer events, etc.
What we expect from you:
- Completed apprenticeship / training, preferably in retail trade / commercial trade
- 1-2 years of professional experience, preferably in customer service and / or sales, but career changers are also welcome
- Selling is in your blood
- Your mother tongue is German and you have a good command of English
- You have good interpersonal skills, are enthusiastic and communicate adequately at all levels.
- You are customer-oriented, reliable, a team player and eager to work.
