Qualified ICT-Specialists are experts when it comes to using information and communication technologies (ICT) for a wide range of applications and as effectively as possible.
Tasks
Provide support to customers (either independently or as part of a team of experts); install hardware and software; enhance device configurations; train users and work in ICT Support; support users in the use of ICT tools; maintain ICT end-user devices.
Requirements
An interest in and flair for all types of end-user devices and IT; independence and good people skills; a love of teamwork and an ability to get along with others; dependability; an eye for detail; patience and concentration; a highly developed sense of service and good communications skills.
- Completion of secondary school, intermediate level (level B) with good marks
- Good marks in German and English
