Would you like to be at the forefront of the digital future and enter the world of ICT? Do you enjoy helping users? As an ICT specialist, you are an expert in the optimal use of a wide range of information and communication technologies, ensuring that users can make the most of IT.
Tasks
Responsibilities include providing customer support (either independently or in collaboration with specialists), installing hardware and software, upgrading device configurations, training users, and working in ICT support. In addition, the role involves assisting users with ICT resources and maintaining ICT user devices.
Requirements
An interest in and flair for all types of user devices and IT, the ability to work independently and good interpersonal skills, a enjoyment of working in a team and interacting with people, reliability, attention to detail, patience and concentration, a customer-focused approach and very good communication skills.
- Completed lower secondary education, intermediate level (Level B)
- Very good results (minimum grade 5) at Level B in the subjects of natural sciences, computer science and mathematics. Equally good results in language subjects (German at least B2 and English PET would be an advantage)
