Tasks
- You will develop holistic content strategies for online and offline channels and be responsible for their implementation
- You will plan and coordinate target group-oriented content for online and offline channels and be responsible for its implementation in the production team
- Working closely with internal stakeholders, external agencies, and freelancers, you will ensure that all communication measures are implemented consistently and effectively
- Internally, you will establish a cross-departmental newsroom model and ensure its continuous development and maintenance
- In addition, you will monitor relevant KPIs, analyze the results, and prepare meaningful reports for different target groups
- Together with your colleague from the content department, you will be responsible for liaising with PR agencies and media partners with the aim of ensuring a professional and consistent external image
- You will play an active role in identifying topics for press-relevant content and support the editorial preparation of media content. In addition, you will write specialist articles, speeches, or interviews, contributing your editorial expertise
Requirements
- You have a higher education degree in communication, journalism, or content marketing at the master's or HF level
- You also have several years of experience in a similar role or in project management, ideally in an agency or corporate environment
- With your confident German and excellent written and spoken English, you are at ease in any communication situation
- You are experienced in using CMS systems, social media, and modern digital tools and know how to use them effectively
- In addition, you are interested in architecture, timber construction, or technical topics, or have the technical acumen to quickly familiarize yourself with relevant content
- You think entrepreneurially, show perseverance, and maintain an overview even in intense phases
- You also have knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and use it confidently
- You are characterized by flexibility, openness, and a desire to further develop topics and bring new ideas to the table
