• You will be responsible for the costing of general contractor projects based on functional tenders.
• You will prepare tender documents, including specifications, project analyses, contractor details and construction programmes.
• You will work closely with internal and external architects to carry out project planning.
• Our customers value you as a competent and honest contact person.

You have completed training as a technician (architect) and may have already been responsible for calculations in a general contractor area. You don't have to be a timber construction specialist, but you must have a basic knowledge of all trades. As a project manager or general contractor site manager, you have already gained valuable experience in processing public tenders and would like to expand and deepen this. You are a team player, work in a structured manner and have a high level of commitment and flexibility. Confident German and good CAD skills are a matter of course for you.
