Chef 100% with formal training or equivalent professional experience.

You are already familiar with Japanese cuisine, or you are motivated and interested in immersing yourself in a new food culture. You enjoy working both independently and as part of a team, you are resilient, enthusiastic, and bring passion and creativity to this new challenge.
