Creating Christmas Magic Together - With passion and attention to detail, an atmospheric Christmas market is taking shape on Alpenquai in Zug, bringing people together and inviting them to linger. We’re looking for motivated individuals to join our chalet team as service staff starting November 16. The Zug Christmas Market runs from November 19 through December 23.

Your Tasks

Greet and attend to our guests with warmth and hospitality
Provide expert advice on our food and beverage offerings
Prepare the mise en place and ensure service runs smoothly
Provide professional service and assist with the payment process
Assist with events and special occasions
Work closely with the kitchen, bar, and team, and lend a hand wherever support is needed

Your Profile

Experience in customer service is a plus, but not required
Motivated, resilient, and reliable
Good command of German and English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
A host with polished manners who enjoys interacting with guests
A team player who works independently and in an organized manner
Flexible for evening and weekend shifts
