You can find them in the permanent collection of the Museum of Modern Art in New York. We're looking for you to help us make it into other exhibitions at some point!
In this responsible role, you will be responsible for the complete order processing in the co-branding area - from preparing quotations to shipping - and use your organisational skills to ensure satisfied customers. Become part of our team and play an active role in shaping SIGG's success.
Your tasks
- You are responsible for all internal sales activities in the co-branding area - national and international
- You independently manage the complete order processing - from the preparation of quotations to the acceptance of orders to the smooth handling of the printing process and subsequent dispatch
- You look after your own customers and various smaller projects - contribute ideas and ensure that everyone involved is happy
- You liaise closely with all internal stakeholders - sales managers, supply chain, production and other departments to find optimal solutions for our customers
- You occasionally take part in trade fairs and customer events - strengthening our brand with your commitment and charisma
Your skills
- Completed commercial training and ideally several years of experience in customer service
- Experience in the export business is an advantage
- Software affinity: e.g. Microsoft Navision, CRM systems, etc.
- You are fluent in German and English - knowledge of French is an advantage
- Networked thinking and a hands-on mentality: you find pragmatic solutions even in hectic moments
- Strong communication skills: you feel comfortable liaising closely with internal and external partners
- Entrepreneurial attitude: you recognise potential, report optimisation ideas and take responsibility
