Do you enjoy the variety that HR offers and prefer no two days to be the same? With us, you will support employees and managers throughout the entire employee lifecycle, recruit new talent, provide HR advice and contribute your ideas to projects and the continuous development of our HR function.
Tasks
- You are the go-to contact person for employees and managers on a wide range of HR topics
- You identify and attract the right talent for our teams and actively shape the recruitment process
- You confidently balance recruiting, HR consulting, administration and employment law while keeping track of multiple topics at the same time
- Learning & Development (Academy) and Apprenticeship Programs are your key focus areas, which you drive forward with energy, pragmatism and fresh ideas
- You challenge existing practices, optimise processes and help shape the future of our HR department
- As part of our HR team, you contribute to creating a work environment where people can grow, contribute and achieve great things together
Requirements
- You have completed vocational or professional training in Human Resources and bring several years of experience, ideally in an industrial, technical or manufacturing environment
- You are passionate about developing employees and young talent and enjoy the variety of a generalist HR role
- You have a strong understanding of people, communicate on equal terms and build trust easily
- You approach challenges in a structured and solution-oriented way, contribute ideas and enjoy making a difference
- You appreciate a down-to-earth environment where people take initiative, assume responsibility and celebrate success together
