• As a general contractor project manager, you are responsible for the supervision of general contractor projects (GC|TC).
• You develop the projects together with the architects and the specialist planners, invite tenders for subcontractor services and coordinate the planners and contractors involved.
• You communicate with the clients and client representatives and are responsible for cost management.

You have completed an apprenticeship in the construction sector and have construction and project management experience in the handling of larger construction projects. As an overall project manager, you are used to leading a team. Our clients appreciate you as a competent and reliable contact person.
