As Head of Growth, you will take on a central role in driving our growth and expanding into new markets. You will combine data-driven marketing and sales expertise with deep customer understanding and strong leadership skills to further strengthen our market leadership.

Your tasks

Define and execute the growth strategy for internationalization and market penetration.
Run growth experiments and test new scalable channels (paid ads, SEO, content, outbound, partner networks) to generate qualified leads.
Take ownership of and optimize the entire sales funnel (AARRR), while tracking and measuring all relevant KPIs.
Take responsibility for the entire growth journey (lead generation, funnel optimization, conversion, retention).
Build and lead a growth team across Marketing and Sales.

Your profile

Several years of experience in scale-ups, SaaS, or B2B lead generation startups.
Proven track record in building and executing growth strategies as well as driving international expansion.
Strong expertise in growth marketing and data-driven decision-making.
Entrepreneurial mindset: hands-on, solution-oriented, and growth-driven.
Experience in building and leading teams.
Strong communication skills in German and English, combined with analytical thinking. Additional languages are a plus.
