We generally prefer direct applications, as this demonstrates the initiative of candidates, which is an essential personality trait for working in our company.
However, we are aware that there are also spontaneous, qualified candidates who shy away from direct applications. We are happy to review such dossiers, especially for specialist positions.
Rules for submitting dossiers
- Create the application under the candidate's name
- Enter the relevant vacancy in the comments field
- Please enter the candidate's mobile number in the ‘Telephone number 1 – Mobile’ field. We will never contact applicants directly.
We will review the dossiers and get back to you.
Conditions
The following conditions apply to dossiers submitted in cooperation with recruitment agencies to the Dualoo Group:
Fees for permanent positions without a direct search mandate
The following fee table applies: Fee rates (excl. VAT)
max. 10% up to an annual income of CHF 75,000
max. 12% of annual income from CHF 75,001 to CHF 100,000
max. 15% of annual income from CHF 100,001
Warranty services for 3 months:
Withdrawal in the first month: 70% refund of the placement fee
Withdrawal in the second month: 50% refund of the placement fee
Withdrawal in the third month: 30% refund of the placement fee
