We are looking for reinforcement for our locations in Grafschaft-Gelsdorf and Cologne-Ehrenfeld.
Tasks
- You will be responsible for and manage our diverse construction projects – from planning to turnkey completion.
- You will develop the projects together with architects and specialist planners, coordinate the participating planners, contractors, and clients, and consistently balance risks and opportunities.
- You will enthusiastically manage and coordinate our construction sites.
- You will monitor costs, deadlines, and, above all, quality during planning and construction.
Requirements
- You have completed training in the construction industry, ideally as a carpenter/master carpenter, or are a qualified construction technician, civil engineer (possibly with a specialization in wood), or architect.
- You have experience in project management or general contractor work.
- Open and friendly contact with customers and authorities is part of your daily routine.
- You are flexible and able to contribute positively and competently and assert yourself even in challenging situations.
