The Illuminarium is an annual light festival held in the courtyard of the Zurich State Museum, which delights visitors during the Advent season with stunning illuminations, music and culinary delights. In 2026, the Illuminarium will take place from 5 November 2026 to 31 December 2026.
We are looking for motivated new members to join our chalet team as service staff from 5 November.
Your responsibilities
- Greet and attend to our guests with warmth and hospitality
- Provide expert advice on our food and beverage offerings
- Prepare the mise en place and ensure service runs smoothly
- Provide professional service and assist with the payment process
- Assist with events and special occasions
- Work closely with the kitchen, bar, and team, and lend a hand wherever support is needed
Your Profile
- Experience in customer service is a plus, but not required
- Motivated, resilient, and reliable
- Good command of German and English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
- A host with polished manners who enjoys interacting with guests
- A team player who works independently and in an organized manner
- Flexible for evening and weekend shifts
