We are looking for a:

Chef 100% with formal training or equivalent professional experience for our winter pop-up in St. Moritz from December 2026 through March 2027.

You are already familiar with Japanese cuisine, or you are motivated and interested in immersing yourself in a new culinary culture. You enjoy working both independently and as part of a team; you are resilient, enthusiastic, and bring passion and creativity to this new challenge.

Tasks

Cook with passion, following our recipes and high-quality standards.
Contribute to quality assurance and carefully inspect the food that is delivered.
Always conscientiously comply with legal hygiene regulations (HACCP).
Help maintain cleanliness and order in all storage areas and in the kitchen.
You keep a cool head in hectic situations.
Work with the kitchen team to ensure a smooth production process.
Contribute creative ideas to menu planning.
Working on weekends is not an issue.

Requirements

Hard Skills

Ideally, completion of vocational training as a chef (EFZ) or equivalent experience
Creative and innovative approach to food
Resource-efficient use of food (cost awareness)
Openness to taking on additional tasks (ability to be an all-rounder)

Soft Skills

Interest in Japanese food culture
Impeccable manners when interacting with coworkers and guests
Open, honest, and direct communication within the team and with supervisors
