Your Role
We are seeking an ambitious and visionary Senior Physician who is eager to:
- Take clinical leadership for a patient cohort or thematic area, including early-phase neurorehabilitation (Frührehabilitation) if desired
- Deliver independent, high-quality care across inpatient and outpatient settings
- Shape and evolve clinical pathways in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team
- Supervise and mentor junior physicians
- Contribute to research initiatives in digital health, technology, or nutrition - if desired
- Participate in international assignments, supporting our growing global footprint

Your Profile
We value candidates who combine clinical excellence with curiosity, creativity, and a collaborative spirit. Ideal candidates will bring:
- Board certification in Neurology or Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation
- Clinical experience in neurorehabilitation
- A strong team ethic and interdisciplinary mindset
- Excellent English communication skills (German as optional requirement, additional languages welcome)
- Willingness to participate in international clinical assignments (by agreement)
- High organizational and leadership skills
- Commitment to continuous learning and innovation
