Plant Operator (m/f/d) 80-100%
Shaping the world of tomorrow with wood—that’s what drives us. As a leading Swiss wood industry and timber construction company with more than 600 employees, Blumer Lehmann operates internationally and has locations in Switzerland, Germany, Austria, and Luxembourg.
At our Steinau an der Straße facility, we manufacture the components and modules for innovative timber construction projects throughout Germany. In our state-of-the-art production hall, approximately 40 employees apply their craftsmanship to produce these components and modules. Our assembly team then assembles them into timber structures based on custom architectural designs: schools, office buildings, residential and commercial buildings.
Would you like to help shape the future of timber construction? We offer you the opportunity to practice craftsmanship to perfection under the best conditions.
The new production facility in Steinau an der Straße will open in early 2027. It will replace the existing plant in Großenlüder and thus become the new workplace for the Großenlüder team.
