• In this role, you are responsible for the entire construction process up to the turnkey completion of the construction project.
• You enthusiastically take on the management and coordination of construction sites.
• You monitor costs, deadlines and, in particular, quality during construction, both for internal employees and subcontractors.
• Your tasks will also include leading construction meetings and all construction accounting.

You have basic training in construction as a structural draftsman or carpenter. Ideally, you have qualified to become a timber construction technician Structural engineering, master craftsman, architect or civil engineer. Open and friendly contact with customers and authorities is commonplace for you. In addition, you are independent and have a high degree of flexibility, assertiveness and commitment.
