Together with the Neuro Culinary Center and the Lake Lucerne Institute, cereneo is developing an innovative clinic, hotel, and restaurant concept in Vitznau, Switzerland—nestled by the stunning Lake Lucerne at the foot of Mount Rigi. Set to open in 2026, this groundbreaking facility will focus on personalized preventive medicine, offering unique experiences designed to enhance lifestyle choices and optimize brain health.
Through state-of-the-art diagnostics and cutting-edge technologies, we will empower our guests to develop tailored habits for nutrition, physical activity, sleep, and recovery—minimizing the risk of neurological and cardiovascular diseases.
Position Summary
We are searching for a cook with passion and openness to develop a new form of tasty and healthy cuisine who is
- creative and enthusiastic in cooking
- passionate about the quality and taste of each single products
- loving to present food and create experiences
- highly interested in healthy cooking
- understanding and respecting different cultures and food ethnicities
- open for new technical and IT solutions that link individual preferences and health profiles with nutrition products and recipes
- has experience in kitchen logistics and food production on a larger scale
