Your responsibilities:
- Holistic care: You will be responsible for providing professional care and support to our inpatients during their neurological rehabilitation.
- Teamwork: You will work closely in a two-person team with a registered nurse and bring your individual strengths to the table.
- Promotion and prevention: You will implement targeted measures to promote development and maintain health, actively supporting our patients’ recovery process.
- Interdisciplinary collaboration: You will actively seek professional exchange with colleagues and contribute your ideas to optimize our care and treatment processes.

- Qualification as a Health Care Specialist EFZ (Fachfrau/Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ)
- Positive attitude toward working with people of all ages with neurological conditions
- Willingness and interest in working in an interdisciplinary team
- Commitment to continuous education and development
- Good spoken and written German and English skills (any additional language is a plus)
- Professional demeanor with colleagues, external partners, and clients
- Empathy and professional boundaries
- Discretion and trustworthiness
