You are an outgoing personality with a great passion for actively supporting our authorized dealers in the day-to-day product support of end customers?

Then the position as a Technical Product Specialist (m/w/d) could be a challenging and exciting job for you!

In this position you will:

Support our dealers with solutions for technical matters on Road Construction Products
Identify product quality issues and address them to Technology via product maintenance process
Prepare material and participate in regular technical meetings with selected dealers
Conduct occasional field follow-up on technical problems and solutions, as well as urgent troubleshooting activities at dealer or customer’s site

Your Profile:

A technical degree and/or corresponding working experience and knowledge
Knowledge and experiences with Construction Equipment, preferable on Road Production Machinery
Service minded with a strong drive to continuously improve yourself, our products and our way of working
Achievement driven and adapt to new technology shifts
Good communication and the ability to work in a cross-functional and cross-border organization
Fluent spoken and written English and German
Willingness to travel occasional within region EU and International
