Recruiter (100%)

Reporting to the HR Manager Switzerland, will be instrumental in enhancing and executing a variety of communication strategies, and tools aimed at bolstering Volpi's employer brand and attracting top talents to our teams in both Dietikon (Switzerland) and Auburn (USA).

Are you a dynamic and experienced recruiter looking to make a significant impact in the MedTech industry? We are seeking a proactive and skilled individual to join our team and lead our talent acquisition efforts.

• Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels such as job portals, social media, and professional networks to identify and approach suitable candidates for our open positions.
• Recruiting Process Management: Take charge of the entire recruiting process for basically all group wide open positions in Switzerland and USA; from crafting compelling job advertisements in alignment with the hiring line manager, to post on relevant channels and to the first selection of potential candidates Applicant Pool Management: Efficiently manage our applicant database, ensuring a smooth and organized recruitment workflow.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with relevant specialist departments, facilitating a seamless candidate experience.
• Collaborative Decision-Making: Work closely with specialist departments to make informed hiring decisions that align with our company's needs and values.
• Candidate Engagement: As the first point of contact convey the Volpi brand via maintaining proactive communication with candidates, positioning yourself as their primary point of contact throughout their application journey.
• HR Collaboration: Partner with our HR department to ensure a smooth transition from recruiting to HR integration for new hires.
• Agency Liaison: Act as the main point of contact for additional recruiting agencies and job platforms, fostering strong professional relationships.

• 4+ years hands-on experience in autonomous recruitment, preferably within the MedTech industry or engineering environment learned either in a specialized employment agency or in a larger company and comparable in-house function
• driving recruitment strategies and candidate sourcing techniques
• excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR software
• very good written and spoken English skills, German is a plus 
• organizational talent with a service-oriented mindset and a team player
• discretion and confidentiality is a must
