In order to strengthen our Application Support department during the roll-out and integration of our new user solutions, we are looking for a motivated, service-oriented professional for a fixed term opportunity in the position of Business Application Support.
Your responsabilities
- Provide 1st and 2nd level business application support to our Swiss Branches, Admin Hubs and Service Centers;
- Guide and assist users, onsite or remotely, in their learning journey of our new application solutions;
- Be an active team member of the Gi Group CH ICT Team;
- Contribute to internal applications documentation & training
Your profile
- At ease with web applications, fast learner, customer oriented;
- Experience in application and user support;
- Willing to travel, autonomous to work remotely;
- Team and success oriented;
- Fluent in German and English, Italian and/or French a plus.
