Position Overview

The Partner Manager owns the commercial development of selected partners. The role turns partner potential into measurable pipeline, revenue and long-term partner performance. Partner Managers work through partners, not around them, and are distinct from Direct Sales.

Your tasks

Key Responsibilities

Own a defined portfolio of existing partners
Responsiblity for partner revenue
Build and maintain partner business plans
Conduct regular partner reviews and QBRs
Drive partner pipeline creation and follow-up
Activate partner sales teams
Identify partner growth opportunities, campaigns and target accounts
Coordinate Partner Enablement and Technical Enablement support for assigned partners
Monitor partner performance, engagement and commitment
Identify underperforming partners and recommend development actions or escalation
Support reactivation of dormant or low-performing partners
Ensure partner-led opportunities are tracked transparently
Build strong operational and commercial relationships with partner sales teams
Support the transition from relationship management to structured partner growth

Performance Metrics

Success in this role will be measured by:

Partner-led pipeline growth
Partner revenue growth
Number of active and productive partners
QBR completion and action follow-through
Partner activation and reactivation
Partner business plans implemented

Your profile

Minimum 3+ years of experience in partner sales and channel management
B2B solution selling
Pipeline management and forecasting
QBR preparation and performance management
Business planning with partners

On-Target Earnings (OTE): 60% base salary / 40% variable compensation
