Research Associate - Antibody Technology
Role and Responsibilities:
Identify, engineer and optimize novel therapeutic antibody candidates using Neurimmune’s Reverse Translational Medicine (RTM) technology.
Isolate, culture and assay antibody producing cells.
Set up and perform biochemical and cell-based assays for antibody discovery and validation on Nanofluidic RTM platform.
Analyze, interpret, and present results.
Requirements:
MSc or BSc degree in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or related.
Hands-on experience with a wide range of molecular biology techniques, including DNA/RNA purification, PCR, and cloning.
Strong hands-on experience in phage display is essential; experience with other display. technologies (e.g., yeast or mammalian display) is a plus.
Familiarity with single-cell workflows, including isolation, sequencing, and data interpretation.
Working knowledge of techniques such as flow cytometry, cell sorting, ELISA, and other immunoassays.
Experience with antibody engineering, affinity maturation, or protein expression and purification is highly desirable.
Basic understanding of bioinformatics tools and software for sequence analysis and data visualization is a plus.
Prior experience in a pharmaceutical or biotechnology setting is advantageous
Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work independently and collaboratively.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
