Group Project Manager Intellectual Property
Tasks
- Manage and develop intellectual property strategy for Swisspearl Group
- Oversee patent projects, applications, and competition analysis processes
- Facilitate idea generation workshops and support R initiatives
- Optimize internal processes and provide reporting on IP potential
Requirements
- Technical or scientific background, preferably in civil engineering or materials science
- Experience with patents, technical publications, and intellectual property management
- Strong communication skills in German and English, both written and verbal
- Strategic mindset with ability to handle sensitive information discreetly
